Our
Photographer and assistant will arrive one hour before
the arrival of your guests to set up a portrait studio
(minimum space required 3.5m x 4x close to 13amp electrical
supply) as close to the venue entrance as possible.
On arrival of the guests each individual, couple or group will be invited to
have their photograph taken with no obligation to purchase.
After the photograph has been taken the guest can view the image on a monitor
screen and then purchase the photograph by paying the assistant £9.00 each
photograph.
Whilst on the premises the image will be enlarged using the latest high quality
equipment to 8"x 6" and presented in a presentation mount and delivered
to the guest at their table during the event.
There is a fee of £75.00 payable direct by the event organisers for the
attendance of the photographer and assistant, which must be paid prior to the
date of the event
.
It is also possible for the event organiser to purchase the prints on behalf
of the guests and in this circumstance a discount on each print will be given.
The discount percentage will depend on the number of guests attending.
