Your
Photographer will arrive at least half
an hour prior to the wedding service and
will take images upon arrival of the groom
and best man, bridesmaids and bride. If
permission is granted we will photograph
during the wedding service and afterwards
the signing of the register. Prior to the
wedding we will discuss where the main “photocall” images
will be taken, this could be at the location
of your wedding service or your reception,
or both. Photographs will be taken of a
posed cutting of the wedding cake and
up to the time you are ready to sit down
to your wedding breakfast.

| PHOTOGRAPHY We will attend your wedding location
and reception
and photograph
throughout. Formal and informal images
will be taken
which will include traditional, family,
casual and fun photographs. These will
conclude just before you sit down to
your wedding breakfast. |

IMAGES Your
images will be yours to view in three
separate ways, Website – Previews – DVD. |

| WEBSITE All
images will be put on to password secure
website within five days (or sooner) after
the wedding......... Go to www.flairphotography.co.uk
click on “online ordering” click
on “your date/name”, and then
enter your password. Your password will
be given you prior to your wedding date. |

| PREVIEW
BOOKLET All your
images will be produced as photographs
(20 on each A4 page) in a booklet,
including your order form for
your album prints and an order
form for reprints that may be
required by relatives and friends. |

|
| DVD A
presentation of all your images
set to your choice
of music. This method of viewing
your images is ideal for sitting
with family and friends and reliving
your memorable day, maybe even
shedding a happy tear or two.
The DVD will be supplied in a
luxury presentation case. |

|
|
| ALBUM Your “Story
Book” style album has TWENTY
10”x10”pages. Our
in-house design studio will create
each page that may contain, multi-images,
black & white, blended images,
carry over images across two
pages, sepia, special effects
and much more. To enable us to
design your album we will ask
you to choose 25 images that
will we include within your 20
pages, but we will also ask you
to choose an additional 10 images
which will give our designers
the opportunity to use if required.
Also included on your first album
page is a personalised title
page, this makes a stunning start
to your story book. We highly
recommend that you view a sample
of our Picturesque Plus album. |

There
is a choice of Picturesque Plus albums:
White cover or Black cover album
with a 2½” cameo aperture on front,
both albums have a black interior
with magnetic folding front cover.
Once you have chosen your selection
of images for your album and we
have designed your album we will
place copies of your album layout
on our website using the
same password as for your original images. You may make up to two changes to
your album layout, however if more changes are required there would be a £15
charge for each additional page change. |

| PRE-WEDDING
PORTRAIT Prior
to your wedding you can make an appointment
at our Hall Green studio for a portrait session.
We will take a selection of images from which
you can choose you’re favourite, this
then will then be enlarged to 7”x5” and
presented in a black stylish mount. If you
require, we will also place your portrait
images on our website for your family and
friends
to view. |

NEWSPAPER
PRINT If you require a
print for your local newspaper we will supply
you with a form to return to us and we will
choose a suitable image and send it to the
local newspaper of your choice.
