BRIEFING Assignments can be arranged by phone \ fax \ email and confirmed by purchase order. Each photographer is given a full brief based on your instructions. PHOTOGRAPHERS Your photographer will report to specified contact at time and venue agreed. We recognise the need for our staff to be punctual, smart, creative, technically qualified and able to respond to any changes you wish to make to the original brief. LABORATORY All processing work is completed in our own laboratories so we have complete control over quality and speed of turnaround. Our laboratories have the latest in technically advanced processing equipment, electronic imagery and video proofing to facilitate quality production. PRODUCTION Normal processing - prints will be ready in less than 5 days. For urgent work - proofs, contact sheets, print orders or transparencies can be returned within 24 hours - there will be a premium charge for this service.
