AT
THE WEDDING VENUE
Your photographer will be at the wedding venue approximately 30 minutes
before the wedding service starts. We will take photographs of the groom
and best man arriving, followed by the bridesmaids and later will meet
the bride when her car arrives. If possible, we take photographs during
the service without flash (as not to disturb the service) also a photograph
of signing of the register which is normally posed after the actual signing.
Lastly, a photograph of the Bride and Groom leaving the ceremony. On leaving
the premises we will begin with photographing the Bride and Groom and gradually
build up the groups with parents, family, bridesmaids and best man until
finally the larger groups are photographed to include all of your guests.
Formal and informal photographs will be taken during this period and it
is after this that any special photographs you have requested will be taken.
The Bride and Groom then make their way to the car and informal photographs
will be again be taken at this time, during the confetti throwing and in
the car itself. |

AT
YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION
Either immediately before your guests arrive or after you receive them,
depending on the wishes of the venue management, we will take posed photographs
of the traditional cutting of the cake. This is always taken before the
reception has started while the table is at its best. If there are any
other photographs you require.

BOOKING
YOUR WEDDING
We are frequently asked how soon before the wedding should the photography
be booked. The only answer we can give is that we usually become fully
booked quite early on for the peak times: May, June, July, August, September,
and although you may be fortunate with a late or last minute booking, we
strongly recommend that you make a provisional booking as soon as you have
finalised details of your Wedding and Reception arrangements.
Also remember that once your booking has been confirmed with us, your
all inclusive price will be guaranteed not to increase. (subjects
to VAT changes)

AFTER
YOUR BOOKING
21 days prior to your wedding you will receive a second confirmation of
your wedding photography booking details, this is a good time to check
that all your details are correct. Also this is the best time for you to
make a list of any special photographs that you require the photographer
to take. Obviously we photograph a selection of informal, formal and creative
photographs at your wedding, but if you have any special ideas of your
own or if there is anyone you particularly want to be photographed with,
make a short list of these for the groom or best man to hand to the photographer
immediately before the wedding ceremony starts.
